Having Tracy Spears speak to associates was one of the year’s highlights for our organization. Tracy came in fully prepared, engaged, and ready to get people thinking differently than they had before. Talking about a topic like Imposter Syndrome can bring up a lot of questions, and a lot of emotions, which Tracy navigated with ease. Also, the conversation on self-limiting beliefs really resonated with folks, as we are all a continuous work in progress. Tracy’s message was simple and direct; we can all do hard things; we can control our impact and we can decide how to move forward for the best possible outcome. Even though the content was marketed by our Women’s Business Resource Group, a lot of the interaction and participation during the session came from men in the audience. Tracy made all participants feel welcome in the room which made for an excellent discussion!
