Tracy is just the right combination of process and strategy along with fun! The activities she had planned for our strategic planning retreat, which included a mixture of both board and staff members, were just right to engage each other, open up lines of communication and start the visioning process. I cannot believe how much we accomplished in just one day! We left energized and ready to tackle all the goals we outlined for the future of The Center!
