Using Tracy Spears to lead us through a board engagement process was the best thing we have done for the Tulsa Historical Society & Museum in years. Not only did we assess whether we had the right committees doing the right things, our board members left the four-hour session committed to doing specific tasks. Accountability is the next step and we will be able to celebrate board accomplishments by the end of the year.
