Tracy is one of those rare speakers who manages to be so entertaining, practical and profound. She didn’t offer confidence as a personality trait or a performance, but as a practice. A series of small, intentional actions that build trust with ourselves over time.
What I appreciated most was Tracy’s invitation to examine our internal narrative, to ask what the more accurate, more generous version of the story might be.
