I’ve been following Tracy for how many years now? You spoke at my conference when I was TN MGMA president in 2013 and it was before that when I discovered you. So, it’s been probably 20 years. You changed my perspective and the way I lead others. I learn something every time I attend your sessions, listen to your podcasts, or read your books. If your speaking, I’m listening!
