Strategic Planning with Tracy is an inspiring experience! Having the opportunity to work with Tracy twice, one as a staff member and one as a board member for different organizations, I can honestly say that each time everyone left feeling that we had common goals and a plan in place to move forward. She definitely knows how to bring people together in a fun and productive way.
