I have repeatedly engaged Tracy Spears for presentations across the Firm, for different audiences, and on different topics. She is a master at effectively delivering a presentation. This is evident from the audience’s responses to her. Especially from partners at a law firm, who usually want to receive valuable information and perspectives from other lawyers. At the conclusion of one presentation, I had a partner say, “why isn’t she presenting on more topics and more often” and another chimed in with, “that’s the best coaching advice that I have ever received.” Audiences have requested that I bring Tracy back to deliver her presentation on temperaments and how to navigate a team.
Tracy is fluent in her topics, up on current events and trends, personable, reads a crowd well, and knows how to hone in on issues or topics expressed through participants’ responses or questions.
